Tenant, upset by seizure of sick animals, arrested for disorderly conduct
WMTW Portland Police said Samantha Bell became upset Wednesday morning when police and animal welfare agents showed up at her apartment at 116 Howe St. with a search warrant. According to a police report, Bell began screaming obscenities and throwing things. |
