Rise in animals used in research in Spain in 2015 Speaking of Research In this post we take a closer look at Spain's recently published animal research statistics for 2015 (see previous years here). These show that in 2015, there were 858,946 procedures on animals for scientific purposes, up 5% from 2014 (821,570 procedures).
