Eyewitness News JOHANNESBURG - A fire has broken out at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) offices in Highveld Ridge in Secunda, killing one person and four animals. It's not yet clear what caused the fire in the early hours of this morning. |
